A Chinese-style crispy chilli oil. Infused with sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise and other spices, the oil is blended with chili flakes, sesame seeds, peanuts, crispy onions and garlic.
ALL NATURAL - VEGAN - SUGAR FREE - NO GLUTEN
Use the oil to fry your eggs, then top with the crunchy bits.
Spoon over noodles with a splash of black vinegar.
Add a dollop to spice up your stirfry.
Real good on noodles, eggs or an avocado sandwich.
I've eaten it on ice cream, mixed it into bread dough, and stirred through porridge for a lazy congee-ish breakfast. Is there anything it doesn't improve?

Amazing addition to transform any meal
This should come with a warning label - it's addictive! I’ve tried so many crispy chilli oils and was obsessed with Lao gan ma until they changed the recipe. Crunchy Spice is my new favourite.
