Shipping policy

Shipments in The Netherlands

I aim to ship and deliver your order within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are 6 euros, free for orders over 65 euros. 

International shipping

If you would like to order outside of the Netherlands please get in touch! You can send your requests to hello@troubleandspice.com so I can find the right shipment method for you.

Returns

Unless an item is defective returns are at the cost of the buyer. Please email hello@troubleandspice.com to organise a return, the order fee (minus shipping costs) will be returned when we receive the products back in stock. If you have a problem with your items please send photos and let me know so I can ensure it doesn't happen again.
