Returns and Exchange

Return online purchases within 30 days after buying with the original receipt. It is not possible to return sale items unless the item is defective or damaged. If you want to return an item please send an email first to hello@troubleandspice.com. The shipping costs and risks for returning are the responsibility of the buyer. You can always return items for free in person.

The products you want to return must be in unused and undamaged condition, including all packaging. Wrap your products well before sending. If there is a problem with your delivery please email me hello@troubleandspice.com and include photos so we can work out the best way to correct this and ensure no problems in the future.
