About the flavours

Çıtır Biber (Turkish): pul biber, smoky isot biber, mint, rose petals and pomegranate. It won 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards and Silver at the European Hot Sauce Awards. Spoon it over hummus or eggs.

Yum Phrik (Thai): makrut lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger and toasted sticky rice. It won 1st place in the Chili Oil category at the European Hot Sauce Awards 2024. Stir it through noodles, rice or salads.

Curry Bomb (Indian): curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin and nigella, cooked like a tarka. Try it on dal, eggs or roast vegetables.

Crunchy Spice (Chinese): crispy garlic, peanuts and sesame with Sichuan pepper and star anise. Use it on dumplings, noodles and fried eggs.

Smokin’ Señorita (Mexican): inspired by salsa macha, with guajillo, de árbol and chipotle morita chillies and pumpkin seeds. Great with tacos, beans and avocado.

Crispy chilli oil started in China. Ours draw on cuisines from around the world, so one box gives you five ways to change up the same meal. Monday’s rice bowl can taste Thai, and Tuesday’s tastes Indian.
