The best marinade recipe

Sticky spicy sweet marinade, perfect for BBQ, grilling, or oven-baked proteins. We use it for our tofu kebab, but we've heard it's equally good on chicken or beef.

Recipe
- 1 heaped teaspoon Agave Chilli Crisp
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (We use mildly smoked by The Good Spice)
- 1 block of firm tofu
- Paper towl
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200C.
- Wrap the tofu in paper towels to soak excess moisture
- Use a vegetable peeler, peel the tofu into thin strips
- Mix all the marinade ingredients
- Use your hands to gently toss it through the tofu to ensure all is covered
- Bake at 200C for 20 minutes tossing halfway through or until it's cooked through and some biits are getting crispy edges.
