Chocolate Chilli Ice Cream Recipe

Ice Cream - Gooood!!!
No ice cream maker? No problem!
The secret here is to use condensed milk to prevent ice crystals forming in your homemade ice cream.
Just as delicious vegan as using regular dairy, choose your preference.
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk (or condensed coconut milk)
- 250mL cream (fridge cold)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 heaped teaspoon Crunchy Spice crispies
- salt to taste
- dark chocolate chips (optional)
Method
- Heat milk, sift over cocoa powder and mix well to make a smooth paste. Cool.
- Whip cream. Be careful not to overwhip.
- Mix cooled cocoa paste, salt and Crunchy Spice into condensed milk. Fold mixture through whipped cream. (Add optional chocolate chips at this step.)
- Pour into bakjes, decorate with crunchy spice.
- Freeze for 6 hours or until ice cream!
