
White beans and spruitjes
Warm into winter with these cosy smashed white beans topped with roasted sprouts and finished with Ciao Bella - recipe update, recommended Citir Biber.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup cooked white beans
- reserved bean liquid - bonus if you have some herbs, onion and garlic from the pot too if you cooked your own
- Tahini
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Brussel sprouts
- Sourdough
- Trouble & Spice Citir Biber
COOK

Heat the air fryer to 200C
- Halve the brussel sprouts and toss with 1 teaspoon oil from Citir Biber.
- Airfry for 10 minutes at 200C
- Mash beans with a fork, add 2 tbs tahini, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
- Adjust flavour and texture until you're in love.
- Toast thick slices of sourdough
ENJOY
- Spread toast with butter or go straight on with a thick layer of bean mash.
- Add brussel sprouts on top of beans
- Drizzle with Ciao Bella including some crispies.
