Pizza Rolls
These easy pizza rolls, made with store-bought croissant dough and a generous swirl of Pizza Chilli Crisp, are the perfect quick snack or party treat.
With just a handful of ingredients, you’ll have golden, cheesy rolls bursting with savoury spice. We love them for an afterschool snack, a weekend brunch, or to take to a party.
Ingredients:
- 1 can store-bought croissant dough
- 2–3 tbsp Pizza Chilli Crisp
- 75g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
- Optional: sliced olives, fresh basil leaves
- Butter or oil, for greasing
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Grease a muffin tray with butter or oil.
- Unroll the croissant dough and keep two triangles together to form a rectangle. Press along the perforated line to seal. You'll have three rectangles.
- Spread a thin layer of Pizza Chilli Crisp evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese, reserving a little for topping.
- Add olives or basil if using.
- Roll up the dough from the short end to form a log. Cut in half to create two rolls.
- Place each roll, cut side up, in the greased muffin tray. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Repeat with the rest of the dough.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Pro Tip: Serve warm for the best texture, and try dipping in extra Pizza Chilli Crisp for a spicy kick.
